7-Day Diet Plan

Lose 4 to 7 lbs. in 7 days

Diets come and go but this one has been around forever. I hate to say it but I tried it once when I was in my teens. I couldn't get pass day 4 since I HATE milk but my girlfriend did great on it. I believe she lost about 10 lbs. as crazy as this diet is.

7 Day Diet Plan

Day 1: Eat all the fruit you want, especially melons. No bananas.

Day 2: Eat vegetables (incl. baked potatoes), fresh cooked or raw. No dry peas or corn.

Day 3: Eat all fruit and vegetables but not bananas or potatoes.

Day 4: Eat 8 bananas and drink 8
glasses of skim milk.

Day 5: Beef and vegetables. Eat 10-12 oz of beef and 6 tomatoes. Drink 8 glasses of water.

Day 6: Beef and vegetables. All you want but no potatoes.

Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. All you can eat.

You can eat this soup at any time throughout the diet

Recipe
  • 6 onions
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 celery stick
  • 2 green capsicums (peppers)
  • cabbage - up to you how much
  • 1 pkt french soup mix

Cut vegetables and cover with water. Boil for 10 minutes. Add soup mix. Cover on low heat and simmer until vegetables are soft. Eat soup as often as you like, it has no calories.

Drink lots of water throughout. You can have Tea or coffee but without sugar
